NWT. Excellent quality. Labeled X-Small and would fit sizes 23/24. 75% cotton, 25% polyester. Color is “washed blue”. Button up closure. Non-stretch. Polka dot print allover with shredded accents on the front + back pockets. Note: They are high waist on me, and I’m 4’10” for reference. MEASUREMENTS: Front rise- approx. 8.5 inches Waist- approx. 12.5 inches (measured straight across, laying flat) Inseam- approx. 2.5 inches
