MIKASA APRIL ROSE Butter Tray / Fine Bone China / 9.5 Inches Wide / Rare Retired

Mikasa is an American company which began importing fine dinnerware and crystal in 1948 from various producers all over the world. This pattern of fine bone china is from Narumi, Japan - a city renowned for its high quality dinnerware. “April Rose” is a lovely pattern with a large pink rose and smaller blue wildflowers on a crisp white background. The porcelain is beautifully textured with scalloped edges and a high gloss glaze. This uncovered butter tray measures 9.5 inches wide by 5 inches tall and is in excellent used condition with just a few, hard-to-see light scratches (see photo).
