Absolutely gorgeous vintage mid century brutalist serving utensils. This large fork and spoon were made in Norway by designer David Andersen. Truly a very unique design. Perfect for serving. A Norwegian solid pewter salad serving spoon and fork. Fork with deep paddle and three wide tines. Spoon with oblong bowl. Handles decorated with die-stamped ornaments on both sides. Nice dark patina of pewter, please see photos.
Marked underside with:
"David-Andersen" for maker; "trademark/logo"; country of origin;
pattern number; "GG" for designer Guttorm Gagnes (1904-1964)
Made in Norway by David-Andersen, circa 1960's.
Made of tin and in good vintage condition.
Each measures 9.25” long.
