Tabs that hold cigarette in place are also spring activated. Case is in working order. No marking on case. Lighter is untested. Marked as Made in USA on bottom. Lighter measures 1.5” x 1.5”. Set came in box stamped with Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co. 1832 Philadelphia.
