MEGA Pokemon Lapras 527 pc Building Set / 100% Complete

This is a MEGA Pokemon Lapras 527 piece building set. The set is 100% complete and overall in Good Condition. It comes with the instruction booklet, but the booklet has been folded in half and has some wear along the middle of the binding. It doesn't effect anything inside, but it still has that wear. The set comes with a Squirtle figure and a few extra pieces as well. I can ship it as is, but it is just basically a lego like set, so it is prone to pieces popping off. If you want it entirely disassembled before shipping please let me know and I have no problem taking it apart. This comes from a smoke free and pet free home and will be packaged and shipped with great care. Assembled it measures approximately 7.5 inches Tall, 6 inches Long and 8 inches Wide.
