emmamarie_ @karollann hey there! No, I never got the sweater. She told me a few times that she was mailing it tomorrow and then she stopped responding altogether. Eventually the order was cancelled since it was never shipped and I was refunded my money. (That's what Posh does to make sure you don't get cheated if they never send your purchase, so don't worry about losing any money)

emmamarie_ After the purchase was cancelled I asked her what happened and no response, the annoying thing is that it shows she is still active on posh so im pretty sure she was just ignoring me specifically. I'm sorry you already ran into that when you're so new to posh! That's what happened to me on my very first purchase, but I promise most people on here won't do stuff like that. That's why now I usually scope out their previous sales and ratings before I purchase. I hope I helped! 😊 @karollann

emmamarie_ @karollann Oh and as far as what to do, you may just have to wait it out for posh to cancel the order and refund you! or if it's been long enough you should be able to go in and cancel the order yourself. Unfortunately you should probably let go of hope of getting your item 😕

karollann @emmamarie_ I started looking through comments of her sold items and sure enough you and another lady are having same problem except she doesn't even reply back to me at all. How long does it take Posh to cancel order for no ship by seller? And where can I find seller ratings? Again thank you so much for your help!! People shouldn't do others like this! Just ridiculous! Read the comments under the yellow formal dress. She has lied to that lady and just disrespectful to her!!

emmamarie_ @karollann trust me I saw that too!! You can see their ratings on sold items by going to their closet and clicking on "about" there it should show ratings and comments given and received by the seller on things they've bought and sold.

emmamarie_ Unfortunately it doesn't help with issues like this gal who never ships, but it does help you know with other poshers wether people were pleased with the item they received from that seller or not! It usually takes posh around 2 weeks to cancel an order and refund you. @karollann

emmamarie_ @karollann No you're fine I don't mind! If you purchased 10 days ago then it shouldn't take more than a couple more days for posh to cancel the order and refund. Posh policy states that you'll be refunded in no more than "2-3 days after cancellation" and I usually get refunded pretty quickly!

karollann @emmamarie_ Hey girl just wanted to let you know Posh cancelled my order because apparently sydbyrne changed her mind after 10 days 👿 I can't believe Posh is letting her get by and haven't deleted her account. I didn't know a seller could change their minds once someone bought the item?? Oh well maybe KARMA will catch up to her really soon!! LOL
