MCM mosaic tile matchbox custom coaster

An interesting drink coaster made by laminating the mosaic tiles to a 3-3/4” square chunk of wood with four old matchboxes sandwiched in between. The matchboxes now have distress and can only be opened very carefully. Any tugging on the knobs would probably tear them off, actually making these vintage matchboxes purely decor now. Still pretty cool. The tiles are in great shape.
