MCM Stunning Westmoreland Doric Open Lace Edge Milk Glass Oval Bowl/Fruit Bowl

Rare Find: Hard to come by. A simply stunning piece of milk glass in a glossy finish. It is often described as a fruit bowl, console bowl or even a banana boat bowl due to its shape. Features of distinctive reticulated or open lace like rim that is so pretty. It was manufactured by Westmoreland Glass Company and was popular, and a prominent part of home decor from the 1940s to 1960s. On the bottom of the bowl is the WG Westmoreland logo. Condition: Excellent No damage. Size 12.25 inches by 10 inches by 4 inches. Non-smoking pet free home.
