a_perfectcloset @bcwilsonco thank you for your question! I examined my item. This is in fact used and I updated the listing accordingly. I thought the interior bag was still totally sealed. It is open.

a_perfectcloset @bcwilsonco also! I received this puzzle from a family member. To my knowledge all pieces accounted for but im not sure. I do not plan on completing the puzzle myself and do not have time to count the pieces. I have no reason to believe pieces are missing.
