The top features 1 inch wide shoulder straps and a mock front button closure with 4 buttons and center front tie. The skirt is gathered with an elastic waist and is fully lined. The skirt and top are cotton and are machine washable. The outfit was purchased for a pending granddaughter visit that did not materialize before she outgrew the set.
