MAX MARA Blocked Pattern Sheath Pencil Dress

I love this very unique dress, but sadly it’s just a bit small. This is unlike anything I’ve seen from other designers- full plaid back with floral and leopard print front. There’s a small slit at the back. The neck is high cut and the back is a slight racer back. For reference I am 5’ 7”, 160lbs. I wear size 8-10 and this is at least one size too small for me. The only imperfection is a very slight stretching at the seam at the base of the hidden zipper in the back (pictured). All measurements taken flat. Please review them closely as there isn’t much give if any in this fabric.
