januarysummer @owlhaveanother Hi. Waist cinches. There is a cord at back. Approximate measurements hand measured: Not cinched, it’s 19” across; Totally cinched, it’s 9” across. Cups are adjustable at top, meaning it cinches. Approximate measurements hand measured: Not cinched, it’s 14”. Basically, the dress is adjustable including the halter.
