what are the bust and waist measurements please?

Armpit to armpit measurement = 18" (36" bust)
Waist measurement = 14 1/2" (29" waist)

@meganflategraff I Re-poshed the dress; the flaw pictures are from the original listing; can honestly say I never noticed them when I tried it on. I never wore the dress bc my event was cancelled, so there are no new flaws. What I did notice is the thin, blue belt is a bit loose. I would’ve tightened it with a few stitches had I worn the belt. (I don’t sew, but I thought I could handle that simple thing.)
Happy to go down a bit on price if you want to make an offer.
