lagom_ @drunkonclothes oh my gosh I’m so sorry for not getting back to you sooner! The waist is about 13 inches measured flat (so 26 around). The straps are about 6.5 inches plus 29.5 from where the strap stops to the bottom of the dress. It’s about 27 inches from top to bottom(not including straps) if measured from the middle of the dress. Brand new, never worn, tags still attached, no damage of any kind.
