Inseam 29 inches. Waist 19-20 inches across (38 - 40 inch waist). Unbelted waist has elastic to allow some stretch to accommodate a bit larger fit. Elastic at upper back and neck strap for comfort and fit. Side pockets. Material is 98% cotton/2% elastane (spandex). No belt, but does have belt loops if belting is desired. Cute & comfy.
