I am so truly SORRY your wreath arrived the way it had. I know you were upset I couldn't do half the price as listed. I boxed it with bubble wrap to insure it's getting to you in excellent condition. I strive to nake my customers happy. I wish you would have let Poshmark know that the item arrived damaged. With proof of pictures they would have worked with you with refund and let me know what had happen. Again I am so truly sorry. Have a blessed day!

@angila1979 I appreciate you reaching out to me. I was afraid Poshmark wouldn’t do anything. I received a glass item total broken before and they said it wasn’t the sellers fault and that I should contact my postal service after doing so they said since I didn’t order from a store when they could get a replacement for me I was basically out of luck. Which is why I just accepted it. I understand it’s not your fault it arrived the way it did.

@angila1979 I did see bubble wrap in the box it was pretty much in a ball on the side next to the wreath. Just unfortunate that the postal services don’t take better care of packages. Hopefully my husband will be able to fix the twigs and I should be able to hot glue the flowers back on.

@a_grogs That is so awful 😔 I had taped the bubble wrap around. USPS can be rough with boxes. Items shipped to you should be insured through Poshmark. Please reach out to them so you get your money back. It sounds like the package was opened and messed with. I am so sorry. This is beyond upsetting to me.

@a_grogs I bought the flowers from Hobby Lobby. I didn't use hot glue. I'm always afraid it will melt when on a door. There should be wire withing the flowers. please reach out to Poshmark. You deserve your money back with how the postal damaged it.
