campingnut I have Women's size 7 in the gray & black (with aqua laces/trim) in the low version (exactly the same colors as the high top in your 6th photo). Brand new, never worn, still in the original Patagonia box! Have not listed them on here yet but could if interested. $125 + shipping.

campingnut I'm sorry, I cannot help you with sizing on these, all I know is what they say. If unsure, maybe it might be best to pass for my asking price, in all sincerity. I would not want you to get stuck with the wrong size.
