I will never intentionally misrepresent an item but please keep in mind that I am a human who might miss something and (unless listed as NEW) all items are pre-loved. The only flaw I found is a bit of discoloration around the corner in a spot, pic included of course! This bag is in overall excellent condition in my opinion and was almost $400 new.
