charlott3web @kristin6969 yes! Laying flat, the waist is 15 in, the hip is 18 in, and the pit to pit is 9 inches. The dress has open sides, so there is a piece of fabric 2/3 down the open sides that connect the front and back. Please let me know if you have any more questions!

charlott3web @kristin6969 well, the fabric doesn't go from pit to pit because of the open sides, so the front of the fabric is 9 inches. The strips of fabric go below the armpit so the pit to put would be 18 in. Hope that helps.
