This blouse is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! The black background is covered in small, raised shiny silver dots. There are also a myriad of different flowers in various shapes throughout the material. The tunic is collared and buttons all the way down the front. The hems are rounded and the front is shorter than the back. The long sleeves have cuffs with single buttons.
