monicamargolis Hi. I'm leaving you a message here, because I was having a problem leaving it where you Tina and I have had our talking thread about the mail mix up. Tina's make up has been sent out to her. She sent me a message the other day saying she has the postage and I'll see it very soon. This morning she sent me a message saying she's having a problem with the postage and needs help. I tried helping her and haven't heard back. Please can you help her? Monica

monicamargolis @pandalanda Hi. I haven't heard from either one of you today. I was very easygoing about what happened, because things happen. Now I feel left in the dark. I was forthright with making sure Tina would no be without, but I'm left without and am left feeling VERY uncomfortable. At first Tina said she had what she needed to mail my product out to me THEN she said she's having a problem. I'm left here having to take it under the chin and that's not fair to me. pandalanda @monicamargolis hey Monica I messaged you yesterday. I messaged Tina too. I noticed on her profile that she hasn't been on Poshmark for 18 hours ( that's what I saw late last night). I wrote her a detailed message on how to send out your package. What did she seem to be having difficulties with? I told her if anything she should ask the postal worker what kind of envelope to use, ECT..

pandalanda I messaged Tina and I haven't gotten a reply either. I don't know what is going on but I thought everyone was on board. If she doesn't reply we will have to contact Poshmark again. I hope this doesn't have to be the result but if she doesn't respond you will be able to get a refund and I'll be out on the money I originally spent on that Concealer 😟

pandalanda @monicamargolis I completely agree. I want you to get your dang Concealer. The last thing I want is for someone to get cheated because of my mix up. I read so many crappy messages about trading gone wrong. I would never go that. I'm so sorry hun. It's aweful that we can't call Customer Service. Emailing for help on here takes so long, it's a joke. If someone steals on here I think there account should get deleted.Did you see on Tina's profile when she was on last? I'm getting very upset now too.

pandalanda @monicamargolis hi Monica did Tina contact you? I saw that she has been on Poshmark this morning. I've messaged her about 5× and haven't gotten a response. I can see in my Sales listing that you have reshipped but she hasn't yet. I don't know what is going on with her but I would email Poshmark again and tell them what is going on. You will be refunded your money but not for the time you put into resending Tina's package. I feel terrible about this.

If you'd like I will get you a brand new MAC Concealer, the same type, but only thing is that I can only get NC25. The one you bought from me was ,NC20. I'd have to wait till I get funds either Friday or Monday.

I'm VERY new with selling. Can you please me come up with ideas that can help me sell more? I'm needing to get rid of meaning sell a lot of things here at the house since my husband passed. pandalanda @monicamargolis hey Hun you can use a couple of apps. Both are free and is local sales called Letgo, Craigslist. Poshmark is gonna delete this cuz your not supposed to mention other sites. So write this down as soon as you can cuz they'll delete this message OK? List things together so it's a better deal. Sometimes if you list things too cheap people will think something is wrong with it. It's better to model clothes for pictures then to take it layed out.

pandalanda @monicamargolis with makeup make sure you take pictures of label codes for authentication. If you can get free samples at makeup counters throw one in each of your packages. It's great to get a gift and you can get a regular shopper 😊

She says her boyfriend was going to mail it out for her yesterday because she doesn't drive and he forgot or he just didn't I don't know. She said that her boyfriend's boss is going to mail it out for her tomorrow. I'm not going to hold my breath I'm not going to say anything to posh, because at this point I don't believe any of it until I receive it.

She's avoiding is what she's doing so that she can keep the product
