Brand new/with tags attached. Beautiful new dress purchased and altered length for a wedding that was canceled. Paid 798 at bloomies for dress and 280 for alteration. It is size 8, length from chest (strapless)down is 47 inches. For reference I am 5’2 and it hits floor perfectly. Perfect with 2 inch heals. I am 136 lbs and it fits perfect. So sad I won’t be able to use this gorgeous dress. Hope someone will be able to use this for a special occasion.
