MAC Cosmetics LE Matte Lipstick - Ox Blood

Limited Edition- tube does have wear, the original velvet matte texture of the packaging/ tube of this lipstick is now has a sticky tacky feeling I’m assuming due to storage and age, the lipstick itself is not affected by this but I just wanted to note as it is a bit annoying to touch. I’m not sure if it can be removed without ruining the actual design as this is limited edition packaging Please see all pics for usage (if any) and condition and feel free to ask any questions you may have before purchasing🙂
