MAC Cosmetics Fafinette doll from the MAC Fafi collection. MAC collaborated with Parisian graffiti artist named, Fafi to create these cute, vibrant limited and sold out dolls. This is “Monoka” sporting a green dress, black and white stripe arm sleeves and knee highs and black shoes with hot pink soles. She has fishies hair, hearts on her cheeks and a heart necklace. Her stand is a white heart that says “MAC Fafi” as autographed on the front of the box. Doll is approx 5” high. This is new, never opened from a smoke free pet free home.
