_ M Julian for Wilson’s Leather Tan Distressed Leather Bomber/Aviator Jacket

Rare, bomber jacket with overlapping off-center aviator moto jacket zipper closing. The superior quality you expect from designer M.Julian, famous for his leather jackets for Wilson's Leather. This classic is buttery soft and feels like it’s lambskin. The leather has a rich patina of age with some of the signs of age you’d expect but it’s in great shape from a jacket from the 80s. Some discoloration and a few small spots and tiny nicks shown in the photos. The lining is in excellent condition with no pulls, holes or tears. Only one actual flaw: The sleeves close with two heavy-duty snaps. When I unsnapped the upper snap on the right sleeve the leather split and partially pulled away from the snap so that snap is not usable. It's a flaw but if you have the other snap snapped it isn't noticeable. By the way, your biggest worry might be your girlfriend "borrowing" it and forgetting to give it back. ;) NOTE: there are different labels: some say Wilson’s Leather with M. Julian in smaller letters below, some are the opposite and others, like this jacket’s label have M. Julian’s signature only. At the time this jacket was made I’m almost certain that M.Julian was an in-house designer for Wilson’s Leather only. The guy who gave it to me said he bought it at Wilson’s Leather.
