Hi, what would you call the condition? And do you think it’s true to a size 9?

@vanc1822 these are gently used by the previous owner, they are not new and as pictured are in great condition with the most notable wear being the minor creasing at the vamps. I cannot guarantee sizing so would refer you to the M. Gemi’s brand size chart for size 40 which is noted as US 9. Everyone’s foot is different so it just depends.
