M Black and White and Blue Striped Wrap Dress

Mock wrap dress - has elastic at waist and mock tie and wrap (ie no accidental exposures/views even on a windy day). Tag is XS, but I’m a M, 5’8”. Light blue stripe in between the black and white. Adjustable straps and button closure at back. Reposhing from another seller.
