Luz Stella Rios Black Lace Cutout Gown size Small. Haute Couture $2000 I want this to fit me so badly but the bust is too small for me. I would not say this dress fits anyone with DD or bigger. I did remove the cups but I have them for whomever buys the dress. The lace is everything! From shoulder to bottom of dress - 53.5 inches The waist is 14" laid flat which means it will fit a 26-28" waist. Hope this helps!
