pennywalker610 @judy_thompson hello, it measures arm pit to arm pit 20 inches, waist flattened measures 16 inches, shoulder to bottom measures 40 inches. It is stretchy material but the waist does not have elastic for stretching. A beautiful dress and has a beautiful flow. Hope that helps.
