Lux De Ville Retro Black and pink Rose Gold Handbag

Vintage Lux Deville retro handbag from the early 2000s. Has been stored in a dust bag, but the handle touched the back and there is a mark. Please see photo. I think it can be removed, but I didn’t want to disturb the vinyl. It is an excellent condition otherwise and someone who knows how to remove the stain would have an amazing bag for a low price.
