This dress is very comfortable and flattering since you can tie the belt around your waist as tight or loose as you want. The dress is also fully lined. Worn a few times and in great condition!

kjc85@ewalser hello, here are the measurements: Bust: 15 inches Waist: 12 inches (not stretched) this is an elastic waistband with a max stretch of 19 inches Hips: 20.5 inches Waist to hem (length from waist to bottom of dress): 18 inches Strap to hem (length from top of strap to bottom of dress): 36 inches Strap are adjustable so this is with strap as loose as you can make it Flare of dress lying flat is 34 inches I hope this helps!!
