Cute summer dress purchased from Nordstrom. The color is a blue-green and has adjustable straps, elastic waistband, and a removable belt. This dress is very comfortable and flattering since you can tie the belt around your waist as tight or loose as you want. The dress is also fully lined. Worn a few times and in great condition!

@ewalser hello, here are the measurements:
Bust: 15 inches
Waist: 12 inches (not stretched) this is an elastic waistband with a max stretch of 19 inches
Hips: 20.5 inches
Waist to hem (length from waist to bottom of dress): 18 inches
Strap to hem (length from top of strap to bottom of dress): 36 inches
Strap are adjustable so this is with strap as loose as you can make it
Flare of dress lying flat is 34 inches
