Has 3 tiers. Tiers have reversed seams ~ meaning the seams stand up giving this dress a delightful and different detail Skirt is full and flowing Lined ~ starting with the seam beneath the bodice to approximately the knees Measurements • Armpit to armpit 19” Length Shoulder to hem 48 1/2” Need to know • GUC ~ please see the picture with the ⬆️. It is pointing to a small defect in the seam there on the V neck. No other flaws noted.
