@santiroccol yes it is of the actual hat. Most all I received directly from her needed to lay flat with a magazine on brim for a few days so as much as a felt hat is packed I like to let ppl know. :) it’s perfect atm as I also laid it flat when it arrived.
There are lots of YouTube videos too :) just the nature of felt .. I have many I’ve kept and they are amazing! I get compliments each time I wear them ❤️
