Vintage, white, short sleeve, smocked Christmas dress form Lumpkin by Petite Designs of New Orleans. There is no care or size tag. The fabric feels like a cotton or cotton blend. Round collar with white lace trim. Please use the measurements to determine your child's fit. I'm guessing it is about an 18 month based on the size of another dress I have for sale but it could be smaller. Green and red christmas trees are embroidered in the smocked chest plate.
