@alimariiee33 Hi! You will get a notification when anyone purchases from you. You will also receive an email with directions on next steps and a shipping label that you will print and attach to your box. You can use any USPS Priority shipping which is free! Then you drop it at your local post office. I always like to have them print a receipt so that I have proof it was shipped. Once the buyer receives the item, they have a certain number of days to accept it, I think it's 3.

Once they accept, the money is transferred to your Posh account. You can either use it to purchase from Poshmark or redeem it. Under your closet tab you can go to sales activity, my balance and there will be a button to reddem your balance.

In the upper right corner is your closet icon, click on that and a drop down menu will appear, scroll down to Guide to Poshmark, it will provide a lot of great insight. Hope that all helps. Sorry for the multiple comments, they only allow a certain amount of characters. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions. The best way to get more traffic for your listings is to be active everyday. Share other closets, share your own listings and follow others.

@alimariiee33 To accept the item you shipped, to confirm it was the correct item, it wasn't damaged, it was as described. Description of your items is very important. If they buyer doesn't accept for whatever reason (they were out of town or just forgot/didn't know) PM will automatically release your funds to you after the 3 day period.
