Lulu's dark red long dress

Lovely Lulu's dress I wore once as a wedding guest. See-through appearance at top but fully covered. Calling All Short Girls -- while the dress was only $70, I spent a LOT professionally hemming the bottom to fit my 5'3" frame. 43 inches from bottom of empire waste band to bottom. Size small. My waste is about 30 inches as it was a touch tight. Should work wonderfully for a 27-29 inch waist. I have DD and the bust worked okay, though a little showy. Likely better for B-C or even D cups.
