Lulu’s cropped tie-front top

Black and white striped 100% rayon cropped tie-front top. Fun and playful top that would look awesome on its own with shorts, jeans, or a skirt. Could also be worn open over a sundress, or over a bikini top at the beach. Armpit to armpit is about 18” and shoulder to hem is 13.5”
