Lulus Special Radiance White Satin Strapless Romper with Overskirt (shoes from first photo are also listed for sale and new in box) The detachable tulle skirt was hemmed for my height (5’4” + 3 inch heels) Worn once for my bachelorette party (and absolutely loved it!) There is some snagging on the fabric of the romper (see last photo)
