Absolutely fantastic skirt. It is not see-through, silky, smooth, and so adorable. NOTE: The belt has a burn hole in it from an iron. It is so close to the edge, you could actually cut it and keep most of the belt. Or, since it’s on the underside, it’s not noticeable once you tie the skirt.
