Lulus Love Me Forever Light Blue Tie-strap Square Neck Maxi Dress - Size XL

Airy woven chiffon shapes this chic dress that has wide straps, that tie together at the shoulders, and a square neckline. The princess-seamed bodice tops a flowy maxi skirt. Zip back closure. Never worn. Tags were only removed because I had planned on wearing for an event and had two dresses in same sizes but this one did not fit. Just didnt try on before cutting tags!!! Has been kept in dress bag.
