Lulu’s Floral Maxi Dress NWT

Beautiful black floral maxi dress. New with tags! Bought this from a fellow posher and absolutely love it, but unfortunately it is too long and the top is too big for me, so it would need major alterations for me to be able to wear it. I’m 5’3” and would recommend it to someone 5’6 and up. Hoping to get back what I paid for it, but price is negotiable.
