Lulu’s Emerald Green Skater Dress

Brand new, never worn with tags still on it. Ordered it and does not fit me, and I’m past the return date. Even though it says it’s an XL, it fits more like a large or even a medium. I usually wear size large dresses, but this was still too small on me. Message me for any questions! :)
