Lulus Elevated Occasion Navy Floral Satin Cowl Tie-Back Midi Dress

Pictures don’t do this dress justice. I bought this dress from Lulus for a wedding I attended and I got so many compliments on it. Only worn 1 time for a few hours. It’s in like new condition. I did cut the tags off because it itched, but the dress is a size small.
