Lulus Dress Womens Large Blue White Seaport Striped Tie Front Lined Lightweight

This is a the Lulus Seaport light blue and white striped tie-front dress. It is lightweight and has cut out and it is lined. This is made of 100% rayon. Please note that there are some stains on the tie part and there is a small hole by the end of zipper. These are shown in pictures. Please see pictures for details, condition, and measurements.
