V-neckline with a tie-front bodice, keyhole cutout and ruffle flutter sleeves. A banded waist with elastic at back tops flowy shorts. Elastic at back allows stretch. Cutout at back. Fully lined bodice. 100% rayon. Purchased new with tags and only tried on after tags removed. In overall very good condition but has 3 small pull areas on the sleeve as pictured that were there when purchased new; not very noticeable with the floral print. Light, flowy summer style.
