Lulu’s- Black Halter Dress Size XS. Halter neckline with buttons at the nape of neck. Lace trim at the hem. Fully lined. No holes, stains, tears. The plastic hanger straps are cut out. There is a minor pull at the seam located at the base of the open back (pic #8). Top of neckline-bottom measures about 31.5” long. Armpit-armpit measures about 16.5” across laid flat. (Y-6)
