Lululemon reversible Black and Beige raincoat

This Lululemon rain jacket was part of a cycling capsule it folds up and tucked into the pocket that I took a picture of it looks like it wouldn't fit, but believe it or not it does. The beige side does have some dirty marks that I am not sure will come out they might. I just don't know so I'm pricing it super low. This was originally almost $300.
