Maybe worn once. 4 way stretch. Basically new & color no longer sold. I measured it to 13.5in from top of waistband to bottom seam. I don't have my receipt for it anymore since l purchased in store so l'm not 100% sure if it's the regular or tall version. I did however lay it over my other pace rival skirt that I still had the receipt for which was the tall version and that was pretty much the exact same length as this one!
