Lululemon plush petal scuba hoodie. These run small. I am not wearing anything underneath in the photo and it fits better that way. I am always a 6 in Lululemon and I bought another one of these in an 8 so it’s more comfortable with a top underneath. Very warm, very cute. Loved it so much I bought it twice. Zipper tag elastic has wear from my toddler pulling on it, zipper itself is perfect. Measurements laying flat Armpit to armpit is: almost 18” Waist: 15 inches Hip: almost 17.5 inches Shoulder to bottom hem: 24 inches
