Worn but looks new. Has 2 zippers, one for reflectivity and other for not ( you can see in pictures). Nice fabric. Minor black marks on the sleeve. Really no issues for this jacket. If you have any questions, please ask. No tags and don’t know the inside of the material.

amakori11 @brookall11 hi! Sorry for the late reply. I have 2 measurements. One with the regular zipping up which is 18.75 inches and with the reflective zipper at 19inches. I uploaded both pictures so you can see what I mean.
